So today is November 27th, and seeing as the month is drawing to a close and December is approaching (yay!), we decided that it was time to give you all a nice, little update on the going-on’s of the site, not to mention we have a few things we’d like to announce a few things in store for you guys to look forward to. I mean, it’s the least we can do since you’ve all been such awesome members.
Anyway, thanks again for being such awesome members, and again, our lovely Flea-flea did not just die off the face of the planet. It’s just that Dell is still holding her laptop captive, so she can’t sign on as much nor as easily. BUT MOVING ON...That concludes this announcement, and remember to nominate someone for the OTMs HERE. You can also feel free to offer suggestions in the board available in the OOC section, and if you're feeling a little shy, then feel free to PM a staff member or post anonymously. c:
o n e . EVENTS! So after much discussion, we decided upon two ideas. First, we’re planning on having a bonfire for characters so they can interact and get to know the people outside of their bands. Second, we’re planning on having a Secret Santa out of character for members to interact and have fun, and the gifts can be in the form of some drabble, coding, graphics, etc. Of course, we’re still open to other suggestions, so feel free to give us your input on what we should do or perhaps suggest some ideas you have in mind.
t w o . GOSSIP! Hopefully the last article was amusing for you to read and has you feeling excited for the next issue to come out. And if you did enjoy it, then never few! The next issue is coming out soon. Very soon. So stay in tune and keep your eyes peeled. t h r e e . OTMs! I’m proud to be sharing the happy news that nominations for OTMs are now starting! Every member has until December 3rd to reply to this thread in order to nominate someone for the following categories: Female of the Month, Male of the Month, Member of the Month, and Thread of the Month. Unfortunately we won’t have a couple of the month, but that’s just because we don’t exactly have active couples running around on the site, but hopefully that will change soon.
f o u r . ACTIVITY CHECK! I’m less proud to say that we’ll be hosting one of those dreaded activity checks for the month of December. But it’s no biggie, since we were all expecting it at some point. Keep an eye out for that as well.
f i v e . SKIN AND LOCATION CHANGE! The skin is in the process of being made, and we’re discussing new locations~ If you have any place you want to suggest the tour heads to next, let us know!
f i v e . NEW BANDS! So a few days ago, we realized that we’re running low on canon positions for the bands, and that really sucks considering they’re pretty important, so rest assured, we’ll have new canons up soon (soon being hopefully tomorrow, of course). We'll have new bands, and we're also opening up spots for solo artists. Sorry for not noticing earlier!
